Bimpe finds lipstick and powder stains on David's shirt and confronts him, but he deflects with anger and threatens to leave rather than answer. Hurt but determined, she follows his movements to a luxury hotel and then to Vivian's apartment, where she bribes the gatekeeper Wasiu for confirmation of the affair. Bimpe confronts Vivian in a calm conversation and pleads for her to end the relationship. Vivian refuses to listen. David arrives and argues with Vivian about the intrusion. Bimpe's mother-in-law appears and cites cultural norms to insist that men are naturally polygamous and Bimpe should endure. Bimpe packs her bags and threatens to leave the marriage entirely. Bimpe attends a birthday party at the 247 Luxury Hotel for her godson Tunde. David calls to find her there and misinterprets her presence. A family intervention follows, and Bimpe delivers an ultimatum: if David cheats again she will retaliate by having an affair with a fuel attendant and declares that women are not born to suffer. David suffers a blood pressure spike and swears on his life to change and begs his mother-in-law to mediate. David and Bimpe reconcile and exchange vows of love and promises to change. Vivian calls David's phone late at night. Bimpe answers and warns her off, then hands the phone to David. David threatens the caller, identified as Femi, with dire consequences, and the couple embraces. David mutters that next time he simply will not be caught.
