Sibe Episode 3 The Waitress

Sibe is woken from a dream by an older man who scolds her for chewing in her sleep and reminds her of a job interview, so she rushes to a restaurant and is hired on the spot because the owner praises her poise and instructs her to treat customers as king. During her tour, she sees another waitress, Anna, fined two thousand naira for breaking a plate, which teaches her the strict rules that come with the job. Once Sibe starts waiting tables, her blunt style creates friction. Before opening hours, a man insists on being served, and Sibe tells him to wait outside, only to discover he is the owner's husband and to receive a formal warning. She later argues with a customer who calls his drinking glass dirty, then confronts a diner who refuses to pay, seizing his phone and keys until he leaves in anger. When inspector James arrives with a hygiene complaint, a customer claims to find an insect in his food, and while Sibe tries to laugh it off, the owner panics. The conflict deepens when officials demand two million naira, and Sibe accuses the owner of inviting the trouble by not rejecting the demand. As the argument grows, Sibe becomes embroiled in a violent confrontation with a woman in traditional attire, screaming for security, demanding her uniform back, threatening to expose the restaurant's unsanitary practices, and even threatening to stab the woman, while the woman threatens to break a plate over Sibe's head. The fight ends without resolution, with both women shouting for security and Sibe vowing never to return, then an aerial view of the city gives way to end credits.
