In Love With Trouble

Esther reels from a romance scam by Daniel who vanished with her rent money and she confides in her sharp tongued friend Tonia. In Love With Trouble introduces Victor Kalu a wealthy charismatic older man known as Odogwu who is married to Asa. Victor showers her with gifts and cash and insists their arrangement is transactional and that she call him Daddy. Esther ignores his warnings and falls in love while Victor's friend Timi observes with amusement. Esther drives to Victor's home to confront Asa and demands a schedule to share him. Asa erupts in fury and physically ejects Esther while threatening violence. Esther spirals until Peter intervenes affirming her value and urging self love. She begins a visible process of affirmations exercise and boundary setting. Meanwhile Victor's marriage hangs by a thread as Asa refuses reconciliation citing repeated betrayals. Esther's growth culminates in her calmly returning to Asa's home to apologize sincerely declaring Victor old story and asserting her newfound self respect.
