At the corporate office, Jennifer, a senior staff member, berates and slaps Elizabeth, an older cleaner, for not finishing her work. Happiness, another employee, comforts Elizabeth, and Dorcas, a fellow cleaner, advises Elizabeth to endure Jennifer. In Ashes And Gold, the new CEO, Dennis, arrives from London and calls out Happiness for praise at a staff meeting, and Jennifer sees Dennis as a reward for her loyalty. Jennifer grows hostile, forcing Elizabeth to kneel and driving the cleaners away with a stick. When she tries to flirt with Dennis, he warns her to stay professional. Dennis gives Happiness rides home and calls her his happiness, and they grow close. At a meeting, Jennifer spills water on Happiness. Later, Jennifer uses Happiness's login to authorize a fraudulent transfer, and Happiness is suspended. Dennis sees a photograph Elizabeth carries and realizes she is his long-lost mother, separated from him when his father took him to London as a child. Dennis moves Elizabeth into his home and tells the staff she is his mother. Jennifer keeps scheming, but Elizabeth confronts her and warns her to stop bullying. Jennifer plants fake evidence to ruin Happiness, but a memory card near the server room proves Jennifer's fraud. The manager orders an audit, and police arrest Jennifer for conspiracy and fraud. Happiness is cleared, and Dennis apologizes for doubting her. Elizabeth, now with her son, is celebrated and becomes the new CEO and gives a toast at a family dinner. Dennis proposes to Happiness, and she accepts.
