EARLY LIFE

Tope Adenibuyan was born on 6 June 1988 in Lagos, Nigeria. He later relocated to the United States, where he grew up and obtained a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas. He comes from a large family with four brothers.

CAREER

Teddy A began his music career in the United States as a hip-hop artist. He has released several singles and collaborated with major Nigerian artists including Timaya, P-Square, Wizkid, and Flavour. He gained massive popularity after appearing on Big Brother Naija 2018, where his romance with BamBam became a highlight. Since then, he has ventured into acting (notable role in Foreigner's God), podcasting, and media.
