Biography
CAREER
Nigerian actor who started professionally in 2011 after winning Gulder Ultimate Search in 2010. He developed an interest in acting as a teenager and had his first significant role in JOCA (Just A Call Away), a film that encouraged necessary precautions during the pandemic. His breakthrough role was in Falling (2015). He starred in numerous films including Aníkúlápó and the Tinsel TV series. Despite the coronavirus pandemic, Remi featured in lead or supporting roles in upwards of 14 films. He is also involved in producing (Sting, Lemonade), TV hosting (Celebville 360, Gulder Ultimate Search taskmaster), and modelling for brands like Airtel and MTN.

Born Oyekunle Opeyemi Oluwaremi on 18 October in Gboko, Benue State, Nigeria. Family relocated to Ibadan as a child. Studied fisheries and wildlife management at University of Ibadan, tourism and hospitality at Sheffield University, acting, filmmaking, and directing at New York Film Academy, graduating in 2014.
