EARLY LIFE

Kameel Audu hails from Idah in Kogi State, North-Central Nigeria. He is of the Igala ethnic group and was raised in a Muslim family. His parents were the late Chief Alhaji Nuhu Audu (father, who passed away in 2017) and Mrs. Audu (mother, who passed away in 2024). He has siblings, including a younger brother, Muhammed Bashir Audu (also known as Bash Audu), who works as a film/show producer, creative director, content developer/writer, and brand manager/strategist, as well as a sister named Steph Annie. He attended Federal Government College, Ugwolawo for secondary school before proceeding to study Law at Kogi State University, Anyigba. After obtaining his LL.B., he attended the Nigerian Law School and was called to the Bar in 2015.

CAREER

Kameel Audu is a dual professional — a qualified lawyer who has practised as an attorney and a rising Nollywood actor/entertainer. Legal Career: He practised law after being called to the Bar. He worked as an Associate at Fides and Fiducia (December 2015 – March 2019) and later as a lawyer/partner with Tripodis Legal in Lagos (from around October 2020). He continues to identify as an attorney alongside his entertainment work. Acting & Entertainment Career: He transitioned into and has built a solid presence in Nollywood as an actor and model. He is known for roles in both films and television series.
