EARLY LIFE
Born on June 23, 1965, in Lagos State, Nigeria, Jude Chukwuka is originally from Aniocha in Anambra State. Growing up in a multicultural environment, he became fluent in multiple Nigerian languages, especially Yoruba and Igbo, which later became a key asset in his acting career. He initially studied accountancy but discovered that his true passion lay in acting, prompting him to pursue the performing arts instead.
CAREER
Jude Chukwuka started his acting journey in 1973 with a drama presentation and later joined various stage productions, including adaptations of renowned literary works. Over the years, he has appeared in numerous Nollywood films, television series, soap operas, and stage plays. Besides acting, he has worked as a director and producer, taking on diverse and challenging roles while showcasing great dedication, even performing through hardships such as injuries. His recent ventures include music and social media content creation, further expanding his reach and influence in entertainment.
PERSONAL LIFE
Jude Chukwuka was previously married and later divorced. He met his current wife, Mimi Ufuoma, on a film set, and they married in a private ceremony on June 23, 2020. They have four children together, ranging from an adult married child with grandchildren to university students and a young toddler. He embraces fatherhood with individualized care for each child and values honesty and faith as central family principles.
