When Brothers Break

The movie "When Brothers Break" tells a shocking tale of betrayal in a rich family. It starts with brothers Blaise and Kobi fighting hard, then flashes back one year. Blaise, in a wheelchair and saying he is dying from a disease that made him sterile, tells Kobi a secret: he got sick at a bad place in university and feels bad for taking Kobi there too. Blaise has three daughters but wants a son to take over his big company. He gives the company to Kobi but asks him to sleep with his wife Nancy to make a baby for him. Kobi says yes because he loves his brother. Nancy agrees too, for the family. Kobi stays in the house and tries with Nancy, but it's hard and awkward. At the same time, Blaise hires nurse Uche to care for him. They get close, play games, talk a lot, and soon start a romance. Blaise acts better around her and they sleep together, even though he said he can't have kids. After a month, Nancy is upset because no baby yet, and Kobi feels bad. Uche finds out she is pregnant. Nancy sees Uche leaving Blaise's room at night and fights her. Then Blaise tells everyone Uche is pregnant with his child. The big lie comes out: Blaise was never sterile. He tricked Kobi and Nancy into cheating so he could have an affair with Uche and get a son. Nancy gets very angry and wants to leave. Blaise shows he is not sick like he said, grabs a gun, and attacks her. He chokes her and points the gun at her head. Kobi comes in to stop him. The family falls apart with lies, fights, and danger. Blaise turns out to be mean and controlling, especially to women. The story ends with the brothers' bond broken forever in a tense showdown.
