Time Beyond Time

A brilliant Nigerian scientist named Amara is obsessed with cell regeneration and life extension in the film TIME BEYOND TIME. Her obsession strains her relationship with her mother, who begs her to visit her terminally ill father, and ends her romance with Gerald, who has turned to faith. After an exhausting day, Amara crashes her car, a symbol of her fragile state. She ignores her mother's calls and continues working with colleague Dr. Ugochi. Gerald re-enters her life, trying to bridge the gap between science and God, but Amara adamantly rejects faith in a heated debate. Shortly after, she suffers a second car accident, leading to a severe physical crisis. Her devastated mother condemns her for prioritizing career over her dying father. This crisis marks a turning point: faced with her own mortality and her father's death, Amara begins to abandon her intellectual pride. Supported by Gerald and her mother, she engages in prayer and faith, learning to walk again through physical and spiritual recovery. Amara undergoes a total transformation, moving from a scientist trying to conquer death to a believer finding purpose in Christ. A time jump shows her fully recovered two months later, and eventually two years later, she lives a healthy, active life alongside Gerald, having fully embraced her new spiritual path.
