After a sudden home attack, Timmy takes matters into his own hands instead of calling the police. He captures one intruder, Gigi, and keeps her locked inside his house. To control her, he attaches a shock collar to her ankle that hurts her whenever she walks away. He makes her work as his assistant. Things get messy when his mother visits out of nowhere. Scared she will push him back to his toxic ex, Timmy lies and claims Gigi is his new girlfriend Grace, adding that they are having a child. The lie creates a strange bond between them. Soon, viewers learn that Jennifer, the ex, was physically abusive and cheated constantly, using Timmy for money. This explains his extreme behavior. Jennifer eventually finds his address with hired thugs, ready to destroy him. A violent clash erupts. During the fight, Grace throws herself in front of Timmy to block an attack and gets badly hurt. When the dust settles, Timmy feels real gratitude. He admits she saved him and changes how he treats her.
