In Dubai, Ethan, CEO of Apex Building Group, and Amanda, a NovaCore Structures representative, are secretly lovers while vying for a major coastal development project in Nigeria. Both are shortlisted and subjected to tests by the project's CEO—punctuality checks and drug screenings—which they fail. As the bid intensifies, their rivalry turns to corporate espionage.
