Nnaemeka Nani Boi Eze

EARLY LIFE

Nnaemeka Charles Eze, known professionally as Nani Boi, was born on March 23, 1983, in Enugu State, Nigeria. He hails from Orba in Udenu Local Government Area of Enugu State. He earned a bachelor's degree in Geology from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, graduating in 2004. He began writing stories and producing films as early as 2001, during his university years.

CAREER

Nani Boi is a Nigerian author, screenwriter, filmmaker, and producer, recognized for his contributions to children's literature and family-themed cinema. He has authored and published over 50 storybooks and novels, with more than 10 adapted into films, including 'Mummy Why' (2016) and 'Bleeding Butterfly' (2023). He is also an on-air personality at Dream 92.5 FM in Enugu, where he hosts the indigenous program 'Ogabuagaa'. Early in his career, he collaborated with producer William Charles Agbo on films. He is the CEO of Nani Boi Global Resources and has ventured into music production, collaborating with artists like Mr. Raw, Kcee, and Zoro. He also works as a professional cinematographer and creative director.

PERSONAL LIFE

Nnaemeka Charles Eze is married to actress Uloma Eze and resides in Enugu State, Nigeria. He has a passion for music, which he pursues for enjoyment. He was a former aspiring professional footballer whose career was curtailed by a knee injury. He is involved in community-oriented activities and has expressed interest in public service in Enugu State.
