Jennifer Sam Odeh hails from the Otobi-Akpa village in Otukpo Local Government Area, Benue State. She is an alumna of the Stanford Film Academy. She graduated with a B.A. (Hons) in French Language from Nasarawa State University, Keffi, and attended Federal Government College, Ijanikin, Lagos.

She took up roles in I Married A Crazy Man (Mo Fe Were) (2025), Saintly Affection (2024), Stuck (2024), Taken Too Far (2024), 5 Days to New Year (2022) and Her Coy Man (2022). Jennifer gained notable recognition for her perspective on the film industry, sparking conversations when she pointed out the realities of "beauty privilege" in Nollywood.
