Storyline

The President of Uganda dispatches his top military asset, Captain Alex, to violently crush the ruthless Tiger Mafia, an underworld syndicate ruling Kampala. During a daring jungle raid, the military successfully captures the brother of the Tiger Mafia’s ruthless boss, Richard. Enraged, Richard launches a brutal counter-attack against the army base. In the chaos of the ensuing battle, Captain Alex is mysteriously assassinated by an unknown sniper. When Alex's grieving brother—a Shaolin Kung Fu master named Bruce U—arrives in Kampala to investigate, he teams up with a rogue, jilted wife of the Mafia boss to uncover the conspiracy and exact bloody kung fu vengeance.
