Kakule William is an actor best known for playing the titular character, Captain Alex, in the viral Ugandan cult classic action film Who Killed Captain Alex? (2010). He is a prominent figure in Wakaliwood (Ramon Film Productions), an ultra-low-budget DIY cinema movement based in the slums of Kampala, Uganda, directed by Nabwana Isaac Godfrey Geoffrey (IGG). He appeared in Bad Black (2016) and Valentine: The Satanic Day (2010).
