Split Intentions

Adaora, a woman struggling with severe mental health issues, becomes obsessed with her friend Emeka's family. After Emeka's wife Ify dies, Adaora forces her way into their home, claiming she wants to help. She tries to take over as the new matriarch, but Emeka’s children, Tito and Pearl, reject her. The household staff, especially Amina, distrust her. Adaora’s mental state worsens: she weeps uncontrollably, sees hallucinations of the dead Ify, and manipulates Emeka. Her therapist Tenny tries to help, and a local Pastor warns against her. Eventually, Emeka discovers Adaora’s lies and possible drug use. A tense confrontation leads to police removing Adaora from the home. Weeks later, Emeka still mourns, but a mysterious figure watches the house, hinting that the trauma from SPLIT INTENTIONS is not over.
