Storyline
Season 1 of Campus Chronicles delivers eight weeks of pure campus fire. Kevwe, abandoned son of gubernatorial candidate Honorable Douglas, arrives broke and furious; Jonathan, the politician’s pampered heir, rolls in with a police escort. A roadside clash and hostel allocation make the half-brothers roommates and instant enemies, neither aware of the blood tie that will soon detonate everything. While Kevwe juggles menial jobs and cult recruitment threats from deadly leader Access, the girls spiral into their own chaos. Amirah’s obsessive crush leads to a staged mugging that backfires spectacularly, Somma reveals her venom by framing an innocent roommate, and Bela’s diva façade cracks under her mother’s public humiliation. When a mysterious enemy plants drugs and knives in their room, the girls are expelled within 24 hours. Jonathan, secretly moved by guilt and budding loyalty, rescues them all by moving the entire crew into his father’s empty multi-million-naira guest house. Pizza nights and forced bonding follow, but the truce is fragile: Kevwe still doesn’t know Jonathan is his brother, Access is circling for revenge, Fatima emerges as a fierce new rival claiming Kevwe for herself, and Somma’s lies are ticking time bombs. Season 1 ends with the group laughing under chandeliers they don’t trust, toasting to friendship while every secret beneath them is seconds from exploding. Freshman year has only just started, and the real war is coming.
