Sunday Olaolu hails from Osogbo in Osun State and built his career primarily in Yoruba-language cinema and television during the 1990s and early 2000s.

Sunday Olaolu is best remembered for his roles in classic Yoruba films. He appeared in popular productions from the 1990s and 2000s, often playing supporting or notable character roles. Notable credits include, Owo Blow (1996), Blind Voice (2019), The Lost Heir (2018), Agogo Èèwò (2002), Venom of Viper 2 (2015). He has also worked as a stage and TV actor, voice artist, and photographer. Despite his contributions to the industry, he has experienced limited visibility in recent years until the viral videos brought renewed attention.
