EARLY LIFE

Oma Oyama, whose real name is Chioma Favour Nwachukwu, was born on 19 September in the early 2000s in Calabar, Cross River State. She is a native of Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria, and is Igbo by tribe. She had her primary and secondary education in Calabar before proceeding to the University of Calabar where she studied Nursing.

Oma Oyama started her acting career in 2022 and is a fast-rising actress in Nollywood. She is known for movies such as Blind Couple (2023), The Farmer's Daughter (2024), Eziza’s Egg (2024), Beyond Bones (2024), and Midnight Love (2025).
