Bikiya Graham-Douglas was born on 4 March 1983 in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. She is the daughter of Nigerian politicians Alabo Tonye Graham-Douglas (father) and Bolere Elizabeth Ketebu (mother, now late). Her upbringing was shaped by her family's prominent political background and her exposure to diverse cultures. Due to her father's diplomatic and political career, she spent significant time abroad in Africa and Europe from a young age. She completed her high school education and pursued higher studies in the United Kingdom, earning dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Economics and Business Law from the University of Portsmouth.
