Alpha Husband

The movie "Alpha Husband" is about Eric and his wife Prisca. Eric is always busy with work. One day Prisca waits for him at a romantic restaurant for dinner at 7 PM. She orders wine and plays soft music. But Eric forgets completely. He is in the office on a video call with partners in Finland negotiating a big contract. Prisca waits till after 10 PM and falls asleep at the table. She feels very hurt and embarrassed. When Eric comes home late, Prisca is angry. She reminds him he also forgot their anniversary. Eric says the deal is more important. Prisca is tired of his excuses. Prisca tells her friends Amaka and Chizzy about her problems. Chizzy advises her to make Eric jealous by renting their boys’ quarters to a man. Prisca agrees and introduces Dapo as the new tenant. Eric is not happy. He suspects something is wrong. One night he comes home and sees Prisca coming out of a car with Dapo. Dapo has his arm around her. Eric thinks his wife is cheating. The next day Eric shouts at Prisca and accuses her of sleeping with Dapo. He rejects the gift she bought for him. Prisca defends herself and says Eric pushed her to this point by neglecting her. She asks him to choose between his work and their marriage. Later in his office, Eric receives bad news. The big partnership deal he worked so hard for is cancelled. He has lost everything at work. Eric returns home to an empty house. Prisca has left. On the bed he finds their two wedding rings and a note with one word written in red: “ALONE”. Eric breaks down in tears. He now understands he lost the most important thing – his family – because of his ambition.
