Raised in Port Harcourt with a blend of traditional Ogu heritage and a liberal Christian upbringing, Walter received a robust educational foundation. He obtained his First School Leaving Certificate at Army Children's School in Rainbow Town, Port Harcourt, and later attended Stella Maris College, County Grammar School Ikwerre/Etche, and Government Secondary School Ogu. He briefly attended the Federal College of Education (Technical) in Omoku before enrolling at the University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT). Some of his notable films include Heart of a Fighter, Extreme Measure, Deep Water, My Wife, My Life, Baby Jollof, and the Nollywood adaptation Mission Impossible.
