EARLY LIFE
Born in 1977 in Port Harcourt City, Rivers State, Nigeria, Ovunda is a consummate Theatre artist full of passion and a drive to entrench the Theatre spirit in wake of film that has adversely affected live Theatre. Ovunda studied in the Department of Theatre and Film Studies, University of Port Harcourt with a bias for Acting and Directing. He currently has a Masters and Doctorate Degree in Film Studies.
CAREER
Today, he has absorbed the acute attention to create works of Art from producing and directing established plays to creating scenarios for plays that showcase culture and peculiarities of African values.
PERSONAL LIFE
He currently lives and works in Port Harcourt and is married with four children.
