Lilian Afegbai was born on November 11, 1991, and spent her early years in Edo State, Nigeria. She completed her primary education at Our Ladies of Apostles and secondary education at Word of Faith Group of Schools in Benin City. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Benson Idahosa University in Edo State, Nigeria.

Lilian Afegbai is a Nigerian actress, film producer, and entrepreneur. She gained fame as a contestant on Big Brother Africa in 2014. Her acting credits include roles in 'Tinsel', 'Road to Yesterday', 'Do Good', 'The Women', 'Merry Men: The Real Yoruba Demons', 'Moms at War', and 'To kill a monkey' (a Netflix movie). She established her production company, EEP Entertainment, and produced the award-winning film 'Bound' (2018). In 2019, she launched her lingerie and gym wear line, 'Lilly’s Secret'. She also worked with Lagos State Internal Revenue Service (LIRS) as a Tax Collection officer during her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) year.
