CAREER
Judith Olisa is a versatile talent with a growing footprint in the Nigerian entertainment space. Before establishing her presence on social media, she was active in mainstream showbiz and worked as a show host/presenter for StarTimes for about a year in 2022. Her journey into content creation officially took off in January 2023. Though she originally intended to be a conventional skit maker, she unexpectedly found her niche after recreating a trending video concept. Adopting a unique costume and her signature heavy Igbo accent, she released a hilarious video about "the names of boys that would not be receiving Valentine's gifts". The video went instantly viral, catapulting her followership from five thousand to tens of thousands overnight and solidifying her unique brand. Aside from skit-making, she is also a talented actress and has been featured in several film productions, like Judith Olisa is known for Trophy Trap (2025), Christmas Miracle (2025), and Private Nurse, including a Yoruba movie. Outside of entertainment, Judith is an ambitious entrepreneur. She has built businesses in the skincare and clothing sectors. Using the financial success from her online fame, she has invested in real estate with properties in Lagos and Abuja, and she is currently working towards launching her own restaurant.
EARLY LIFE
Judith Chinonye Olisa, professionally known as "Real Judy," was born and raised in Lagos State, Nigeria. Though she grew up in the southwestern part of the country—where she learned to speak fluent Yoruba—she is originally an indigene of Orlu in Imo State. During her formative years, she completed part of her schooling in Awo-Omamma, Imo State. Spending holidays at her grandmother's house in the East deeply immersed her in her Igbo heritage. Her profound love for her culture and her close observation of the local dialects during these visits ultimately inspired the thick, humorous "Igbotic" accent she is famous for using in her skits today
PERSONAL LIFE
Judith Olisa is currently unmarried. Despite her frequent collaborations and the natural chemistry she shares with male colleagues in the comedy space, she has explicitly stated that she does not intend to marry anyone within the entertainment industry. She prefers a supportive, successful, and "low-key" man. While she has admitted to currently "seeing somebody" in a talking stage, she maintains that she is officially single until "Mr. Right" does the needful.
Judith Olisa is a vocal advocate for women in the entertainment industry. She frequently campaigns for female content creators to receive the same level of recognition, respect, and accolades as their male counterparts. She is also very outspoken about the challenges and toxicity within the showbiz space. She has bravely shed light on the exploitation and sexual harassment that female creators often face from industry colleagues and veteran figures who attempt to take advantage of upcoming stars. Furthermore, Judy handles online criticism with a thick skin. Responding to trolls who mock her skit accent, she frequently reminds the public that her character's voice is strictly for entertainment purposes and does not reflect her actual daily speaking voice
