Heling Li

Heling Li is a versatile Franco-Chinese actress and voice actor. She is best known for her roles in French and international cinema, frequently portraying maternal or prominent Chinese community figures in European productions. Heling Li achieved a highly prestigious acting education, graduating from both the Paris National Conservatory (CNSAD) and a top dramatic academy in Beijing. Early in her adulthood, she starred alongside legendary Chinese actor Daolin Sun in a project exploring 1930s Shanghai. Her career expanded heavily in France, starting with her breakout role opposite Alain Bashung in the 1994 film Ma soeur chinoise. While she took a lengthy hiatus to raise her family and step away from the limelight, she eventually returned to the screen. She is recognized for her notable roles in several major film and television productions such as Serial (Bad) Weddings 3 (2021), Made in China (2019), A Season in France (2017), A Screaming Man (2010), and Little Wenzhou (2009).
