Storyline

The film explodes open with Jonathan dragging a screaming Willow into his car while bystanders film, then reveals it’s her own father’s orders. Chief, a billionaire titan, worships Jonathan like the son he never had and tasks his 45 year old protege with protecting his 26 year old daughter from predators who smell her fortune. Willow burns with resentment: Jonathan monopolizes her father, cancels family vacations, and watches her every move. She dates Ryan to spite him, believing she’s finally found real love. Jonathan, quietly canceling his own dates to stalk her, discovers Ryan cheating in a lounge and confronts Willow on the day she’s meant to fly to Accra with him. Heart shattered, Willow collapses into depression. In her darkest nights, Jonathan is the only one there steady, silent, safe. Gratitude becomes longing; hatred flips into obsessive love. They begin a secret, feverish affair, age gap be damned. Months later, at her graduation dinner, Chief announces he’s retiring and merging his empire with Jonathan’s handing his lifelong friend everything Willow was raised to inherit. She stares at Jonathan in horror, convinced the man who "protected" her actually groomed her to steal her birthright. The screen cuts to black on her devastated face as Jonathan reaches for her, unable to prove his love is real. A brutal, intoxicating tale of obsession disguised as duty.
