Storyline
"The Boss and the Manager" follows Miss Eniola Jackson, a harsh boss who fires staff impulsively, including her gateman. Enter Sam, a judge's son, fleeing family interference in his love life. He accidentally arrives at Eniola's home and is mistaken for the gateman applicant; he plays along, undaunted by her attitude despite his polished appearance. Tragedy strikes when Eniola fires a staffer late at night; the employee dies en route home. Arrested and charged, Eniola receives a court order from Sam's father (the judge) forbidding her from firing anyone for three months, or face trial. Staffer Charity, outraged by the death, deliberately underperforms to provoke Eniola. Eniola's friend bribes Sam with 5M to bait her into firing him. Sam initially agrees and torments her. But Sam has a change of heart, coaching Eniola on anger management. They grow close and fall in love.
