Memories On The RoofTop

In "Memories On The RoofTop", Mrs. Lana asks her tenant Precious to plan a Christmas party on the building's rooftop. The rooftop is leased by Dapo, who angrily refuses to allow it. Precious learns Dapo is angry because Mrs. Lana overcharged him for the space. Dapo also has a sad memory: his parents divorced on Christmas Day, so he hates Christmas parties. Despite his refusal, Dapo starts to develop feelings for Precious. After much pleading from her, he finally agrees to let her use the rooftop for the party. He even confesses that he likes her. Their relationship grows, and they spend time together like having a movie night. Mrs. Lana also explains to Precious that she overcharged Dapo because of a bad experience with her nephew, which made her judge him unfairly. Later, Dapo hears Mrs. Lana tell Precious that their deal was for the rooftop in exchange for a business contract. Feeling betrayed and used by Precious, Dapo gets very angry and takes back his permission for the party. Precious is heartbroken because she already spent much time and money on the plans. She stops talking to Dapo. Mrs. Lana scolds Dapo for letting his pride ruin a good relationship. Realizing his mistake, Dapo decides to fix things. He secretly works with Mrs. Lana and Precious's friend to plan the rooftop party himself, following all of Precious's original ideas. On the day of the party, he surprises Precious with the beautiful event. There, Dapo sincerely apologizes and confesses his love for her. Precious forgives him, they kiss, and the movie ends with them happily together at the party he threw for her.
