Just One Night

Omo runs a catering business called Omo's Delight, and she is married to Osaze, whose reckless spending has put their home in danger. Loan agents arrive and demand repayment of a debt Osaze took out using the property as collateral. Omo turns to Mr. Eronmosele, an elderly benefactor, who gives her three million naira to settle the rent. A flashback shows how Omo met Osaze at her passing out parade, where he invited her to church and won her heart, only to reveal a different side after marriage. When Omo confronts Osaze about the collateral, he dismisses her, and she begins to see his deceit. In Just One Night, Osaze makes a disturbing arrangement with his powerful boss Richard. He introduces Omo as his sister and promises Richard a weekend with her to save his job. Omo resists, but Osaze pressures her, calling it a necessary sacrifice, and she agrees to a single night for their stability. At Richard's luxurious home, Omo is uncomfortable with his advances and insists this is business. In the bedroom, she breaks down, confesses she is married, and refuses to go through with it. Richard lets her leave. When she returns home that night, she finds Osaze in bed with several other women. Omo leaves Osaze and reconnects with Richard, who admits he knew she was married all along but fell in love with her. They begin a relationship, and Omo discovers she is pregnant. Osaze, desperate and facing legal trouble, calls to beg for help, but she firmly cuts him off. Mr. Eronmosele tells Omo that Osaze is still legally married to another woman, which makes Omo's marriage invalid. Devastated, Omo realizes she went through years of pain for nothing. Richard asks if the baby is his, and she admits she does not know. She goes into labor with triplets. Richard rushes Omo to the hospital, where she delivers two girls and a boy. Overwhelmed with joy, he proposes marriage, and she accepts. The couple embrace as a song about redemption plays.
