Ghetto Dad

Fela is a strong single father in a poor slum with his son Chu Chu. In "Ghetto Dad", it starts with Fela bathing Chu Chu outside their house, calling him a king. A woman Nk insults Chu Chu, so Fela chases her away angrily. He sends Chu Chu to buy snacks. Chu Chu meets teacher Uche, who feeds him at her home. That night, Fela finds Nk in his house acting like his wife. They argue, she curses him, then Uche drops off Chu Chu. Fela feels shy and they exchange numbers. Next, Fela as area boss takes protection money but avoids too much violence. At home, he saves cash mostly for Chu Chu's school, some for food, a bit for himself, none for women. He messes up homework help due to no education. Fela and Uche grow close. They share meals, she fixes his teaching errors. Uche shares her past: dad died of cancer, ex Tamuno beat her causing miscarriage. Fela comforts her, they kiss. Tamuno returns, threatens Uche for money. Fela confronts him but gets stabbed. Chu Chu finds him, they rush to hospital. Uche pays bills, stays with them. Fela survives. His friends want revenge, but Fela says no for peace. He decides to leave slum with Chu Chu for city business. Chu Chu insists on Uche. Fela thinks she rejected him as a thug. Chu Chu begs Uche, she comes saying she loves his heart. She joins them. Fela gives cash to friends, names new boss. They leave hand in hand as a family.
