Beyond Forever

Kingsley is a strong but jobless young man in a Nigerian slum called Small London. His mom scolds him for being lazy but prays for God to hide him from enemies. This prayer turns real later. Kingsley beats up a guy named Emma to show he's the king of the area. Meanwhile, Adaobi is a tough rich lady dealing with bad workers and business fights. Their worlds crash when Adaobi's car breaks in the slum. Kingsley offers help, but she calls him a thug. Later, gunmen attack Adaobi at her office, killing her guards. Kingsley saves her by hugging her tight, and they vanish like magic, thanks to his mom's prayer. They appear in his mom's poor house. Adaobi freaks out about the dirt and smell, but she sees Kingsley's power and hires him as bodyguard for 1.5 million Naira. Kingsley moves to her fancy home, cleans up, and starts to like her. He cooks for her, and they fall in love. But trouble comes from Tola, Adaobi's helper. Tola knows Kingsley from before; he chased her for years, but she said no because he was poor. Now jealous, Tola hates seeing him with Adaobi. Also, Tola thinks Kingsley's dad was bad and got killed by a mob, but Kingsley says it was a lie. The bad guy is Mr. Ade, Adaobi's rival who lost a deal and wants revenge. He sends the killers. Tola betrays them for jealousy and maybe money, giving info to the hitmen. She tricks Kingsley outside, and he gets shot in the chest. Tola feels bad right away and screams. Adaobi runs out, sad to see her love hurt. They rush him to hospital, and he lives after surgery. Adaobi stays with him, says sorry for being mean before. When he wakes, they promise to love each other. Four months later, in "Beyond Forever," they live happy. Adaobi tells him she's pregnant with a girl, but he jokes for a boy. They celebrate their new family.
