Rita C. Onwurah studied Human Nutrition at the University of Ibadan before transitioning into the creative industry. She began her screenwriting career around 2009 and has since built a solid reputation in Nollywood.

Rita Onwurah is a screenwriter, producer & filmmaker. Her earliest acting credit is from 2003 in 'Private Sin'. She is recognized as a skilled screenwriter who contributes to both television series and feature films.
