Razane Jammal

EARLY LIFE

Razane Jammal was born and raised in Beirut, Lebanon. She began her career in front of the camera as a teenager, appearing in television commercials and regional campaigns across the Middle East starting at age 15. At age 18 she moved to London, where she studied business at King’s College London.

Razane Jammal is a Lebanese-British actress and model known for her work in international film, television, and streaming productions. She made her acting debut in the critically acclaimed 2010 French-German miniseries Carlos (as Lana Jarrar). Key credits include, Cruel Summer (2012, short film directed by Kanye West), Flying Blind (2012), Djinn (2013), Embratoriyet Meen (2014), A Walk Among the Tombstones (2014), Don’t Tell Me the Boy Was Mad (2015), Paranormal (2020), Kira & El Gin (2022), The Sandman (2022–present), Al Thaman (2023), Al Qadar (2024, main role as Nour). In 2025 she made her literary debut as an author with the children’s book Lulu and Blu: The Tale of a Vegetarian Lioness, a Friendly Fish and Their Most Unusual Friendship.
