EARLY LIFE
Damilola Mike-Bamiloye was born on September 16, 1989, in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. He is the first of three children born to renowned gospel drama evangelists Mike and Gloria Bamiloye, founders of Mount Zion Faith Ministries. He studied Mass Communication at Bowen University, Osun State, and further trained in film production and editing, which prepared him for his ministry work.
CAREER
Damilola began his film career as a teenager, mentored by his father. He formally joined Mount Zion Faith Ministries International, becoming known for writing and directing gospel films with strong evangelical themes. He is credited with modernizing Christian filmmaking in Nigeria through high-quality visuals, contemporary storytelling, and professional editing. His successful works include the viral 'Abattoir' series, 'The Train' (a biographical film about Mike Bamiloye), 'Gbemi', '30 Pieces', 'Shackles', 'Legion', and 'Enoch'. His films are primarily distributed through the Mount Zion Studio YouTube channel, reaching global audiences.
PERSONAL LIFE
Damilola is married to Emmanuella Mike-Bamiloye, who is also a gospel drama minister and speaker. They have children and frequently collaborate on ministry and film projects. He is dedicated to using media to spread the gospel and address moral and spiritual issues.
