Love And Others Problems follows George and Hauwa, colleagues at a company with a strict no-dating policy, who are secretly engaged. To protect their secret, they stage public arguments at work, masking their affection with professional disagreements over payment delays and documentation. When a colleague is fired for an office romance, their anxiety spikes, and a poorly timed public proposal, captured and posted online by a videographer named Lady Locks, goes viral. HR manager Madam Ruth summons them, demanding a resignation, and Hauwa, sacrificing her job, leaves the company while George remains. Wracked with guilt, George secretly accepts a higher-paying position at BLUECOM and, through a friend, anonymously orders products from Hauwa’s fledgling skincare business, Kia Organics, to support her financially. Struggling to make ends meet, Hauwa moves in with George and pours herself into her brand, even reconnecting with an old classmate, Charles, who promises a lucrative hotel contract.
