Biography
EARLY LIFE
Uche Ama Abriel is from Delta State, Nigeria. She is an English Language graduate of Delta State University, Abraka. Her parents, Mr. Gabriel Mobuogwu and Mrs. Clementina Modupe Mobuogwu (late), were both teachers.
CAREER
She began her acting career by joining a drama group during her National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) days, where she did her first soap opera, 'Selfless Service'. She gained prominence after being introduced to the producers of 'Checkmate', where she played the role of Nkemji, a village girl who moved to the city. Uche Ama Abriel has since featured in numerous Nollywood productions as an actress, and has also worked as a producer and director. She is also an author of children's story books. Her filmography as an actress includes 'Onome' (1996), 'Obstacles' (1998), 'Saving Alero' (2001), 'Thunderbolt: Magun' (2001), 'The Return' (2003), 'Fateful Love' (2004), 'Playing Games' (2004), 'The London Boy' (2004), 'Images in the Mirror' (2004), and 'Another New Day' (2005). As a producer, her works include 'Dangerous Twins' (2004) and 'Sins of My Mother' (2005). She directed 'Silver Stone' (2006). She has also been credited under the names Uche Osotule and Uche Obi.

She was formerly married and used the name Osotule. She is now married to Mr. Solomon Mac-Auley, a producer, director, actor, and presenter with over 15 years of experience in stage, film, television, and radio.
