EARLY LIFE

Born Imaobong Regina Askia Usoro on 16 December 1967 in Lagos, Lagos State, Nigeria. Former medical student who transferred from University of Calabar to University of Lagos.

CAREER

Crowned Miss Unilag in 1988 and Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria (MBGN) in 1989 after the original winner resigned. Represented Nigeria at Miss Charm International (2nd place) and Miss International (outstanding traditional costume). Modeling career in commercials (Visine, Chicken George, Kessingsheen Hair Care, Collectibles) and runway shows. Acting debut in 1993 as Tokunbo Johnson in soap Fortunes (later Mega Fortunes). Starred in Nollywood films 1990s-2000s including Slave Warrior (2012), Veno (2004), Dangerous Babe (2003). Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) practicing in New York City. Co-hosts African Health Dialogues. Advocates for children's health, education, economic development in Africa.

PERSONAL LIFE

Married to American Rudolph 'Rudy' Williams (nephew of Ron Everette, grandson of Fess Williams). Children: Teesa Olympia, Rudolph Junior (with husband); Stephanie Hornecker (model, from previous relationship). Survived 9/11 World Trade Center attack shortly after moving to New York.
