Anee Icha was born in December 1988 in Kogi State, Nigeria, to Mr. and Mrs. Icha. She spent her early childhood and part of her secondary education in Kogi State before her family relocated to Lagos when she was a teenager. She completed her secondary education in Lagos and later earned a degree in Theatre/Performing Arts. She has described herself as a reserved, observant, and somewhat introverted person who has always been drawn to storytelling.
