EARLY LIFE
Allison Precious Emmanuel was born on November 10, 2001, in Bonny Island, Rivers State, Nigeria. He grew up in the region and developed a passion for storytelling and filmmaking from a young age. He pursued higher education at Rivers State University, where he studied Office and Information Management while nurturing his creative interests. By his early 20s, he had already begun creating award-winning short films.
CAREER
Allison Precious Emmanuel is a fast-rising multihyphenate talent in Nollywood. He founded THE MX14, his production company dedicated to authentic African narratives for global audiences. His notable works include, The Boy Who Gave (2025 His debut feature film, which he wrote, directed, produced, executive produced, and starred in as the lead (Idah/Broda)), Award-winning short films: Daddy Lessons (2022), Start a Fire (2022), Something Happened in 2011 (2023). At age 23–24, he made history as one of the youngest triple nominees at major African film festivals for The Boy Who Gave (Best Actor, Best Director, Best Feature Film). He has also received the Young Professionals in Film and Television Award (2024).
