EARLY LIFE

Adjetey Anang was born on 7 July 1973 in Ghana. He attended Labone Senior High School and later studied Fine Arts at the University of Ghana before earning a master’s degree in Dramatic Arts from Wits University in Johannesburg.

CAREER

Adjetey Anang is a Ghanaian actor popularly known as “Pusher,” which was his screen name in the television series Things We Do for Love in the early 2000s. He has featured in many Ghanaian movies and television productions, including Deadly Voyage, A Sting in a Tale, The Perfect Picture, Slavery, Double Cross, Sugar, YOLO, Citation, Keteke, Gold Coast Lounge, Children of the Mountain, Like Cotton Twines, and more recent films such as Terminus, Nine, The Groomsmen, Evor, The Storm, Pawn, and Last Stop. He began gaining widespread recognition through his role in Things We Do for Love and has since built a career spanning film, television, and stage.
