Eric shoulders the burden of unemployment while his mother-in-law Chioma seizes every chance to belittle his efforts as a stay-at-home dad. Her barbs, sharp and constant, erode his confidence and create a rift with his wife Nadia, who often retreats into her demanding job rather than defend him. The daughters, Adaeze and Ada Obi, witness the growing acrimony, their cheerful practices increasingly overshadowed by the household’s friction.
