Wande Thomas

Wande Thomas is the Founder of Urbangidi Showtime and Digital media network Madeaux Africa (Menisms, Lowkey Relatable podcast, Peeker), an African creative media and production company. Keen on the use of storytelling and nuanced human behavior, Wande is an avid believer in African self-sufficiency and cultural updating and preservation for the modern-day African. He is also a TV and Film Director with 2021's short thriller film Napped and 2020's hit web series Lara of Lagos. Wande also directed the second season of the acclaimed hit Pan African series Smart Money Woman, Showmax's 2025 Dramedy Under The Influence, and his upcoming thriller 'Spiraling' starring Nollywood royalty Jim Iyke and Toni Tones.
