EARLY LIFE
Uyoyou Adia hails from Isoko, Delta State, Nigeria. She holds a B.Sc in Microbiology from Osun State University. Initially aspired to be a footballer.
CAREER
Started her career as an actress in 2013, featuring in the film 'Child, Not Bride'. In 2017, interned with Tope Oshin and Remi Ibinola, and participated in the Homevida writing workshop powered by Homevida, Google, USAID, and Pan-Atlantic University. Has since written, directed, produced, and acted in several films including 'Charge and Bail' (2021), 'The Sessions' (2020), 'Hey You' (2022), and 'L.I.F.E.' (2024). Known for her work in Nollywood.
