Her father, a diligent and hard-working man, instilled in her the ability to get things done and take duties seriously. Her university education further cultivated a habit of excellence, discipline, and pushing through to achieve desired results, through rigorous training like all-night rehearsals.

Tris Udeh is a Nigerian actress passionate about storytelling and bringing characters to life. She enjoys using her imagination to tell stories that can entertain and inspire audiences, believing that well-executed stories can challenge people to be better. Her filmography includes 'Monitoring Spirits' (2021), 'Christmas in Lagos' (2024), and 'Abbas Fine Girl' (2025). She describes herself as still very young in the industry and emphasizes the importance of patience, discipline, and continuous learning for aspiring actors.
