Biography
EARLY LIFE
Tope Laguda's entertainment journey began with childhood TV commercials and participation in her secondary school's Performing Group. She served as the Social Prefect for her graduating class from 1994 to 1995. She holds a degree in Economics from the University of Lagos.
CAREER
Tope embarked on a career in Events Management, where she spearheaded major national events such as The Dignifying Womanhood Programme in 2004 and the launch of the Nigerian Chapter of Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD). She became known as one of the pioneering actors in the sitcom 'My Flatmates' and also featured in pilot episodes for A-Z and performed as a visual voice-over for a TV show on AIT. She later diversified into Banking and Management Consulting. To further her skills in entertainment, Tope became a graduate of Acting for Film from the Met Film School at Ealing Studios in London. She is also a Director of I HAVE AN IDEA ENTERTAINMENT LTD.
PERSONAL LIFE
Tope took a break from her entertainment career to focus on her family.
