Tally Kingsley Jiro-Oghene

Tally Kingsley Jiro-Oghene is a Port Harcourt-based filmmaker, director, and actor. He serves as a filmmaking instructor and movie director at the Lavanz Film Academy and gained recognition in the Nigerian film industry for his work on projects like the film Guess T. Beyond his cinematic work, he is known locally as a social media and document control professional, and has been active in academic and professional advocacy, notably serving as the National Public Relations Officer for the Nigeria Library and Information Science Students' Forum.
