CAREER
Segun Obadare-Akpata was an actor and assistant director, known for Gidi Blues (2016), Oduduwa (2008) and Ayo ni mo fe (1994). He also worked in the art department as a set designer, in production management, and as a production designer.
PERSONAL LIFE
Segun Obadare-Akpata passed away following a prolonged battle with an undisclosed illness. According to tributes from close friends, he suffered from a severe medical condition that "deprived him of his freedom for more than a year" before he ultimately succumbed to the illness at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) on August 1, 2024.
