Ruth Hendel

Ruth Hendel is a highly prolific, Tony Award-winning American theater producer who has conceived, produced, and co-produced dozens of commercial Broadway, Off-Broadway, and international theatrical productions. She often works alongside her husband and producing partner, Stephen Hendel, under their banner Hendel Productions. She served as an Executive Producer for Finding Fela! (2014), a documentary directed by Alex Gibney about the life and music of Nigerian icon Fela Kuti. She was a producer for the critically acclaimed independent Rwandan-American sci-fi musical film Neptune Frost (2021).
